Rates

$120 per 50-minute session

Insurance

Resource Counseling Associates is not a provider for any insurance coverage. If you wish to use insurance to pay for counseling services, contact your provider to ask about out-of-network benefits that may be  offered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. It is important to understand that in order to utilize health insurance for mental health coverage, you must be diagnosed with a psychiatric disorder.  This information is confidential, but must be shared with your insurance company.

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

A sliding fee scale based on gross family income is available upon request.

Payment

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
